1. Vote for the BEST CANDIDATE - NOT for the party he belongs to.
2. Vote for the candidate who has EXPERIENCE - not for one who is wet behind his ears and has little political experience or record of achievements.
3. Remember that you have many issues in Bukit Gelugor which have NOT been resolved such as:
* indiscriminate development leading to balding hills which pose threats to Bukit Gelugor residents in the area
* land reclamation for development of more condominiums etc which directly and indirectly affects your quality of life and the property market
* daily traffic jams which have WORSENED even though the state government has spent millions bringing in consultants from UK to give proposals
* continual environmental degradation of unknown proportions
* rising prices
* arrogance in current leadership
* sudden tarring of roads JUST before election day
* and a host of many other unresolved state problems
Is this the 'ini kali ubah' that you want?
Is this the 'ubah' you wanted when you voted in May 2013?
This time, please make it different.
