The Day Before the Bukit Gelugor By-Election With Candidate Huan Cheng Guan

Undaunted by brickbats and attacks by opposition supporters, Datuk Huan Cheng Guan is working even more diligently on the last day of the election campaign before voters go to the ballot box.

The morning began with a meeting at Bilik Operasi in Air Itam followed by a tea reception where chinese dumplings were served.

Even though he has pains in his leg, Datuk Huan plods on to campagin regardless!
And he looks to the heavens for divine help...this time at the Hindu temple in Island Glades, praying for blessings and protection.

With an added boost in faith, energy after prayers, Datuk Huan continues his campaign trail at Mandarin Cafe, greeting people from all walks of life.
